The Credit Controller is responsible for providing support to the accounts receivable function with particular emphasis on maximising the collection of revenue and resolving issues preventing fees, and other income due to the organisation, from being paid.

Page Personnel are representing an educational organisation with a Credit Control in their Accounts Receivable department.
Description
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Liaising with debt recovery agents
- Liaising with students, student finance organisations and internal departments
- Collecting commercial debt
- Outbound calls chasing overdue debts
- Tracking progress on debt management
- Preparation of files to collect student direct debits
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable department
- Generating overdue reminders to students
Profile
Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
- Previously worked in a Credit Control / Accounts Receivable role
- Previously dealt with debt recovery agents
- Knowledge of pre-legal/litigation procedures
- Fantastic attention to detail
