Temporary Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger

Our client is a reputable employer in the centre of Leeds who's looking for an accounts assistant/purchase ledger assistant to join their finance team. Initial period of 3 months with a possibility to be made permanent.

Working within a team, some duties include:
  • Inputting of payment data for reconciliation
  • Accurate and timely processing of payments in line with suppliers terms
  • Banking
  • Investigate any payment discrepancies
  • Deal with queries from suppliers

It is essential you have accounts payable / purchase ledger experience and a high attention to detail.

Those immediately available with the above experience and good reconciliation skills within a professional services business would be at an advantage.
