工作职责
1. Be responsible for business analysis for company's investment projects, to provide consulting and advice on investment strategy, development plan, deal structure, financial and sensitivity analysis, market and competition analysis, due diligence consolidation, project risk analysis and management, etc.;
2. Conduct underwriting and review investment memos/prospects to ensure the compliance of company's investment strategy
3. Review relevant agreements of investment projects to ensure the consistence of project closing and approved memo
4. Provide financial and sensitivity analysis and help on the leasing solution to ensure the company's investment return;
5. Interact with relevant colleagues to track assets' performance periodically
6. Strong financial modelling skill/data analysis skill is a plus.
任职资格
1. Bachelor or master degree majored in economics, finance, real estate, accounting
2. Strong research capability
3. Analytical skills，Proficient in statistic and financial MODEL
4. Drive and ability to cope with stress
5. Communication and Persuasiveness
6. Learning ability
7. Teamwork
