Financial Accountant

This rapidly growing Australian business is seeking a dynamic and outgoing External Auditor to join their fantastic team.

As a member of the Financial Reporting team you will be responsible for accounting and financial support to their allocated overseas and Australian businesses, assist in the consolidation of the monthly results and annual audit. You will also provide technical accounting support to the group through development of accounting policies and positions under IFRS.

Duties include:

- Consolidation of the monthly results of the global group

- Annual and half year statutory reporting

- Ad-hoc reporting and other project work

- Review and assessment of IFRS

You will be CA/CPA qualified with previous experience in External Audit.

Candidates with a background within Big4 are highly recommended to apply. You must possess strong communication and report writing skills. Proven teamwork and problem solving skills are essential. You will also have a high degree of flexibility to deal with change and pressured work environment.
