RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute division financial operating and control strategy, leading to the achievement of operating income and cash flow targets for the Division.
- Be a key advisor and provides financial and operational leadership to the Planning & Development management team.
- Leads the management team in achieving Operating Income and Cash Flow targets.
- Acts as a liaison between the division management and the FP&A in assembling data relevant to the preparation of Budgets, Forecasts and Strategic Plans.
- Develop execution plans in implementing conversion strategy, including key performance indicators, reporting templates, division personnel education, communication of performance to targets, and performance management.
REQUIREMENT
- CPA qualified with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or relevant disciplines
- MBA qualification is an advantage
- 8-15 years of finance/ accounting and FP&A experiences gained from MNC/ Conglomerates in retail, hospitality, property or real estate related firms.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial
- Ability to manage key stakeholders and work closely with the business
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
