Business Analyst - Actuarial (Salary upto 50 K ; 6- months renewable contract)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements, design for the Product and Actuarial workstreams
- Be responsible for change and implementation management
- Gather requirements and come up with design options
- Work with SME's and resources from delivery partners
- Involved in change planning, audience analysis; deliver change interventions and track actions
Role Requirements:
- 7-10 years of Change Management, Transformation, implementation management experience (Business Analyst experience)
- Experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activities
- Expertise in actuarial, risk management or accounting
- Insurance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge in business re-engineering
- Strong experience in Agile methodology
- Understanding of Global Transformation Business Transformation Frameworks
- Strong knowledge in external environment like regulations , political , competitors
