About The Role
Role Location: 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne
Role Type: Permanent
Shift Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week

Note: This role has multiple vacancies.

This role is primarily responsible for managing Customer Contact Centre events. Ensuring they are appropriately investigated, monitored and resolved in line with ANZ event reporting standards. In addition to this, the role will support the ongoing upskilling and education of risk management, monitoring of reporting to identify potential issues, supporting the business to become well managed.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• High level of understanding and 3 years experience in banking
• Experienced communicator and negotiator at all levels with strong customer service and risk management focus
• Ability to manage pipeline of work and prioritise as needed
• Frontline experience and knowledge of Contact Centre processes preferred
• Ability to present to and work with senior stakeholders
• Well organised, hands on, practical and results focussed team player
