The Job:
As a key part of the global leadership/executive team, you will be tasked with providing strategic direction, management & analysis for multiple operational accounting processes. You will also manage all transactional & operational accounting activities within key aspects of global finance, control processes & policies & lead projects.
In addition to the above, you will also manage AP & GL teams both in Limerick & abroad, coach/motivate & lead individual managers, oversee business processes & divisional KPIs along with supporting the wider global executive teams.

The Offer:
This position is being offered on a permanent basis with base salary depending on candidate experience/qualifications mix but expected to be 120-140k approx.. + benefits, etc.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified.
- Fully qualified accountant with 8+ years experience within a multinational or global corporate shared services environment.
- Proven experience in working within a diverse, dispersed global leadership group.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
- High level ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) would be a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
