Reporting directly to the National Manager, Customer Solutions you will take on leadership accountability for one of our key Macquarie Leasing teams.
Managing a large team, your role will include the overall management of the front-end collections team, the hardships team and the sensitive matters team.
Other aspects of the role will include; ensuring SLA's are met, monitoring and driving staff individual performance, ensuring KPI's are met, and looking after the day to day management of HR and personnel matters.
You will take ownership of managing internal and external stakeholder relationships and you will contribute to the strategic direction of the business. A high level of engagement with Senior Stakeholders, as well as your team will be key to success in this role.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced, resilient and effective leader.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have 10 years of relevant experience including people leadership experience and experience in a call centre type environment within banking and financial services. A relevant Tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.
You will have a successful track record in developing others through guidance, feedback and mentoring, and prior experience in the use of KPI's within a regulated environment. Strong communication skills and proven influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills are also a must. You will also have demonstrated experience in identifying process improvement and in implementing strategies for operational excellence within a large team.
