Social Housing Provider in Greater Manchester
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
-Producing the month end accounts and reports
-Building relationships internally and externally with departments and stakeholders
-Influencing senior members of the leadership team
-Producing up to date budgets and forecasts
-Producing business cases and supporting with the 30 year plan
-Mentoring and managing junior members of the part qualified team
-Supporting with the strategic development plans
-Producing ad hoc reports as requested
Profile
Must have a social housing background and be operating within the sector already
Can be qualified or qualified by experience
