Responsibilities:
- Responsible for compliance and statutory reporting for European entities in line with the individual country's reporting standards.
- Liaise with local vendors and resolve any financial queries relating to these entities.
- Review of individual P&Ls accounting for performance vs budget spend.
- Ensure all bank and intercompany reconciliations relating to these entities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide management accounting commentary on all accounts to support month end and quarterly reporting.
- Provide any ad hoc information to support quarterly / annual reporting.
- Assisting with internal/external audit where required.
- Participation in regular management meetings with various satellites.
- Support any special projects undertaken in these areas.
- Assisting with Ad hoc Month End Queries.
Skills:
- Qualified accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA).
- Prior working experience in a busy industry environment.
- Solid experience working with ERP systems namely Oracle or SAP.
- Must have a proven track record working with similar intercompany satellites.
- Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ideally has exposure to US GAAP and SOX Compliance
