My client is a well know company within their industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their Accountancy team in Crawley.
Description
Key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Assistant will be:
- Preparation and management of Goods Received not Invoiced reconciliations
- Supporting the Month End Close Process
- Generate payment runs,
- Managing all AP vendor relationships
- Documenting and developing existing AP processes
- Ensuring timely and efficient input of all AP invoices
Profile
The successful candidate should have relevant experience in the above. Also be a studying towards a financial qualification. Although qualified by experience should also apply.
