Property Accountant - Fulham Broadway

The client are a property and construction firm that specialise in office, leisure and retail space. They have properties based all over London and in the USA. They are based in Fulham Broadway and are looking for someone, with previous experience in the finance function of a property company, to join their team as a Property Accountant. The working hours are 9.00 - 18.30.

Their office is based in Fulham Broadway and they are looking for a new Property Accountant to join the team in order to manage the busy workload. The working hours are 9.00 - 18.30.

Description

The successful Property Accountant will be doing:

• Quarterly and Monthly rent/service charge demands
• Liaising with building and asset managers across the different properties
• Annual insurance recharges
• Approval of Purchase Orders
• Service charge reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Overseeing the Credit Control
• Preparation of the quarterly service charge expenditure
• Provide guidance to juniors on invoice coding

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be working (or have their most recent role) in a property and construction company
• Will be within a 45 minute commute of the office (based in Fulham Broadway)
• Have strong (As and A*s) A-level and GCSE results
• Have a good Accounting and Finance degree (2.1 or above)
• Have excellent communication skills
• Happy to work 9.00 - 18.30
• Be comfortable on Excel (Pivot Tables and Vlookups)

Job Offer

• £40,000 - £45,000
