HR Policies Manager
Assist in the development and review of HR policies and procedures globally and ensure that the same are aligned with Bank’s policies and other regulatory requirement in order to mitigate risk exposure of the Bank and to establish Bank’s image as a preferred employer.
§ Assist in the development and review of HR policies for both domestic and international network to align and summarize HR practices globally in order to align it with best practices.
§ Review processes to align them with policies and deliver best service to all relevant stakeholders in order to build and enhance positive perception among employees.
§ Provide guidance on application of HR policies and procedures to both internal and external stakeholders in order to build a strong relationship.
§ Assist in review to ensure that HR policies and procedures are in line with Bank’s policies/ regulations and local laws/ regulatory requirements so that Bank is not exposed to any undue risks.
- MBA in HR. Bachelors with experience or
- ACCA Membership
- 4 years of HR experience preferably in policies section
