Responsibilities
Requirements:

- Carry out audit & assurance engagement in an independent, efficient and professional manner
- Assist in the planning, execution and finalisation of all area of the audit assignment for manager or partner's review, seeking input for areas of concern and judgement
- To plan, delegate and lead a team of auditors in carrying out duties
- To provide coaching for juniors staff members
- To review audit working papers and audited financial statements to ensure audit is carried out in accordance with approved auditing standards and applicable financial reporting standard
- Liaise with affiliates - secretaries, tax agents, bankers and etc
- Liaise with clients on all aspects of audit assignments
- Prepare full set accounts
- Perform accurate data entry into accounting software
- Liaise with clients to collate the required information
- Assist in preparation of bank reconciliation and financial report
- Assist in documentation and filing of accounting documents
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST/SST
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Few full time position(s) available.
- Candidate possess Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Candidate currently pursuing CAT, ACCA, CPA, CIMA is encouraged to apply.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role might need to deal with mandarin speaking clients
- 1 year working experience in accounting industry will be an added advantage
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience in Xero / SQL Accounting software / Audit Express will be an added advantage
