Senior Manager, Systems/BA - Finance Projects and Change - 12 Month Max Term Contract

Join our high performing Finance Project Management team and bring your financial services experience to Macquarie! As a System/Business Analyst in the Projects and Change team, you will have demonstrated experience in data analysis and exposure to regulatory capital and/or regulatory reporting calculation engines and be confident working across existing regulatory reporting and projects.

Your key areas of responsibility will be understanding and explaining the end-to-end system process and data drivers of the regulatory results. You will also acquire an understanding of the current state processes and business context, as well as document and own business and system functional requirements. You will partner with many project delivery teams including key delivery partners in technology, data and the business. You will draw on your experience and analytical skills to translate the business and functional requirements into technical specifications and allow you to manage and review testing issues and identify options and recommendations.

To be successful you will have experience within financial institutions, ideally having worked with finance or regulatory teams/projects. Ideally, you will have hands-on experience with project and change implementation in an agile environment and have worked with data analytics tools and data lakes. In addition, you will have proven experience as a business analyst working on BAU support or business process change projects and/or new platform implementations and had exposure to data analytics tool and data lakes.

You are proactive, diligent and your effective communication skills and abilities to escalate and take action where necessary is what enables you to deliver results for senior stakeholders. You'll also take on a flexible, proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively through periods of change and disruption.
