Description

This role Part Qualified/Finalist Management Accountant (Temporary) involves:

• Review and preparation of events budgets in a timely manner

• Event close outs; including settling of DATES, ensuring accurate figures are produce

• RWF presentation; this will rely on the preparation of event budgets

• Monthly forecast; includes the review and communication with managing director

• Event direct accruals; including investigation and analysis of variances

• Team P&L preparation; including review and variance analysis in preparation for delivery to team leaders

• Producer profit share accrual and payment

• Making profit share accrual and payment

• Director commission over rides accruals and payments

• Balance sheet reconciliations

• Sponsorship commission calculations

• Delegate sales commissions calculations

• Balance sheet reconciliations

• Ad hoc reporting requirements

Profile

The successful candidate Part Qualified/Finalist Management Accountant (Temporary) will:

- Be happy to work on a temporary basis

- Have at least 3 years experience in Management Accounts

- Be immediately available next week

- SUN system (desirable)

- Advances excel skills
