Description
A great opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to take on long term temporary role that could go permanent, but is initially for a 6 month period. Key areas of delivery will include:
- Lead on some of the commercial activities for the organisation using your accountancy and strong excel skills.
- You will be the link between this NHS organisation and their commercial partners, so NHS experience would be useful, but it is also a great opportunity to gain NHS experience if this is an area you haven't yet had exposure to.
- Reporting to external stakeholders working to strict deadlines.
- Completing monthly management accounts as well as supporting the financial accounting team as required.
Profile
Management Accountant candidates will be ideally accountancy qualified ( ACA / CIMA / ACCA / CIPFA ), but if you had significant practical management accounting experience this would still be of potential interest.
NHS experience would be extremely useful, but not essential
Strong Excel skills and ideally experience of BI

This Management Accountant role is covering a band 7 role so will be paid at the equivalent daily or hourly PAYE/umbrella rate to a spine point between £33,222 - £43,041
