Cloud Accountant

Job Title: Cloud Accountant Location: Glasgow Your new company The firm offer a broad range of accountancy services throughout Glasgow and the surrounding areas. They have recently invested heavily in their cloud offering for clients in both technology and the infrastructure to support this. They are now looking to hire a Cloud Accountant to help support the firm in this critical project. Your new role You will be responsible for; providing systems advice to clients, preparation and review of VAT returns within cloud-based software, preparation of management accounts within Xero, identifying issues with Xero and taking a proactive approach to find solutions, assisting in the development of a sector-specific offering, attending relevant networking events and assisting the head of business technology with the continued development of the implementation strategy. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience working in an accountancy firm and will have used Xero / Quick books extensively in a previous role. In addition you will have excellent project management experience and excellent inter-personal skills.
