A large Pharmaceutical company based in Maidenhead are expanding their financial accounting team and they are searching for an Overheads Accountant to join their team and look after designated cost centres. Due to significant growth organically and via acquisition, our client are expanding a number of teams.
Client Details
Michael Page are partnering with a large Pharmaceutical business that are a market leader within their specific industry, they have a strategy of diversification into new markets with new products. It is a very exciting time for the business. Due to this strategy, they are recruiting for an Overheads Accountant to join their team. You will report to the finance manager who will provide you with the support and guidance to ensure you have the opportunity to progress either within the financial accounting team or commercial team.
Description
The role will require you to build relationships and partner with specific cost centres, you will ensure all invoicing is inputted correctly and all overheads are accounted for on a monthly basis. You will provide commercial analysis and commentary while presenting to senior stakeholders including the commercial & Finance Director. You will support the junior members of the team and will have a designated accountant supporting you with your workload.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent. You will have a passion for working in the pharmaceutical sector and be a confident and driven individual. This role will be extremely independent so you must be able to manage your workload effectively. You will have strong Excel skills and be a strong communicator.
