Finance Business Partner

As the Finance Business Parter, you will be responsible for a team of five members of staff.

You'll also play a key role in strategic financial management across the business, as well as contributing to the strategic management of the Financial Services function.

Description

Key duties:

• Support the delivery of the wider Finance function along with other department heads
• Work closely with the leadership team to develop the strategic direction
• Working across the business to provide advice and analysis of high quality financial information to influence key business decisions
• Support the budget process, culminating in the production of the annual Medium Term Financial Plan
• Continue to coach and upskill members of staff to support development plans

Profile

The succesful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with a proven track record as a Business Partner. You will have had exposure to the key duties of the role, with ideally some people management experience.
