Responsibilities: Responsible for deal sourcing and origination, able to originate investment opportunities form network customers and business partnersVery familiar with healthcare/ biotech/ pharmaceutical sectorsLead investment execution, create formalized pre and post deal process, including due diligence, valuation, approval requirements, transaction documentation, integration work-streams, etcMonitor the financial performance of the company and prepare regular financial analysisOverseeing the process of transaction structuring and assisting in negotiation of investment termsPrepare and give presentation of the investment proposal to Investment Committee Prepare investment memo, presentation files and investment reports in a timely mannerHandle ad-hoc projects Requirements:Successful candidate should be a degree holder in Finance, Economics or Bio-Science discipline with 5-7 years relevant experience in buy-side or sell-side private equities, direct investment or asset management field, experience in Healthcare industry would be advantageous. The candidate shall also have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and be able to work under minimal supervision. Excellent presentation skills, including good command of spoken and written English and Chinese along with a proactive working attitude would also be essential for this role.
