My client, a prestigious Leeds City Centre firm is keen to appoint an experienced Part Time Accounts Assistant, working as part of a small friendly team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, duties will include:
  • Full purchase ledger control - ensuring all purchase ledger invoices are processed correctly and in a timely manner;
  • Full sales ledger control
  • Processing of expenses
  • Cash book posting and reconciliation
  • Ensuring all suppliers and employees are paid to terms
  • Credit Control
  • Cash and banking
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Maintaining cash flow schedule

This is a part time role (hours and days of work are flexible) which will suit an experienced account assistant with excellent communication skills and good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
