You have 2 years experience processing payroll and are looking to join an international company offering great career opportunities?
As a Payroll Administrator your role will involve:
• Payroll administration for a portfolio of clients
• Run weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
• Dealing with all aspects of the payroll process - Starters & Leavers, BIK, Pensions, Bonus, Share Schemes, Holidays and other statutory and voluntary additions/deductions
• Preparation and filing of Payroll Submissions on Revenues Online System (ROS) and subsequent acceptance of statements and payments
• Client interaction - primarily over phone and emails
• Dealing with both client and employee issues
• Dealing with Revenue regarding Tax and PAYE Modernisation Issues
• CSO Reporting
• Advising clients on PRSI and basic tax issues relating to payroll
• Other Ad Hoc Payroll Team Duties as they arise
You are the right person for the job if:
• 1 - 2 year minimum previous experience in processing payroll
• High levels of data accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• Discretion and keen sense of responsibility
• Conscientious about deadlines with excellent organisational and listening skills
• Ability to deal with and prioritise multiple tasks
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
• Ability to perform calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and oral
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel (in particular VLOOKUP’s) & Outlook an advantage
