Description

Commercial Finance Analyst Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, insightful financial analysis and advice to the non-finance teams
• Develop and take ownership of financial modelling & reporting to support and add value in key decision making to ensure overall efficiency and profitability
• Gather, organise and reconcile financial information received from all departments
• Creation and maintenance of detailed and accurate reports at month end
• Have responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Reconciliation of financial information to source systems
• Drive process improvements and participate in existing reporting enhancements with the mindset of continuous improvement
• Quarterly forecasting, budget preparation and trend analysis
• Support ad hoc requests and projects as they arise

Profile

Commercial Finance Analyst Requirements:

• Be educated to a degree level in a numerical or business related degree or equivalent
• Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA
• Have the ability to build relationships, in addition to quickly spotting and communicating potential risks and issues
• Be experienced in building and executing clear strategic plans
• Have excellent presentation, communication and business partnering skill
• Have previous experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A, or similar
