At the heart of the social economy in Wales, the Wales Co-operative Centre is an organisation that is in the business of creating a better, fairer, more co-operative society.  Since 1982, we have helped to strengthen and empower Welsh communities by supporting the growth of co-operatives and social enterprises, and by collaboratively delivering projects that provide skills and tackle exclusion.

This is an exciting time for the organisation. We are entering a period of significant growth as we launch a series of new initiatives. We now invite applications from all sections of the community for the post of Director of Corporate Services.

A member of the Senior Leadership Team, the post holder will play a critical role in shaping the future of the organisation by providing strategic direction for the Centre’s financial, administrative, ICT and HR systems and controls.  The post-holder will uphold the highest standards of financial management and corporate governance, and will drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

This permanent role is being offered full time (35 hours per week) at our Registered Office in Caerphilly, South Wales.  The closing date for applications is 10:00am on Monday 29th July 2019.  Interviews will be held on Wednesday 14t August 2019.
