Oracle Apps Finance Functional Consultant

Core responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements for Oracle financial projects
• Consulting the client on business and Finance processes
• Designing the solution, applying workarounds where applicable
• Providing training on the application to the end-users
• Preparing business documents

Role requirements:

• Must have good accounting knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with good problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Must be a team player with an assertive & persuasive attitude
• Must be ready to change the industry and should be open for new challenges
• Must be open for travel in UK for project duration and there is a potential to involve resources in European project (with associated travel) if candidate is open.

Specific role requirements

• This role will occasionally require out of normal working hours during periods of change and major incidents.

Pre-requisite:

• Should have valid work permit to work in UK
