A well known business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their team.
Description
As an Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will report into the Finance Director, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.
Responsibilities will include: management of a team of 5 working across cash receipts, bank reconciliations, credit card management, VAT; recruitment, training, 121s and appraisals; allocation of work load; responding to and resolving queries; identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in a supervisory role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have transactional finance knowledge - Essential
