This growth focused, highly successful and regarded firm of chartered accountants based in Bristol, has experienced ongoing growth, both as a combined result of organic client growth, new office growth and acquisitions. The firms client base is wide ranging, with clients across OMBs, SMEs, not for profit etc in varying sectors, up in excess of £100million in turnover. The firm boasts highly regarded Partners in established corporate tax, wealth management and insolvency /recovery teams, generating opportunities for corporate finance and typically the corporate finance team advises on a wide range of transactions, fundraisings (debt, equity and grant), valuations, and provides strategic input to management teams and shareholders. Transactions tend to range between £5m - £50m and increasingly involve their international network.

Description

Joining as Corporate Finance Director you will be lead the growth and development of the Bristol offices Corporate Finance, transactions services/due diligence services. You will be carving a key role and position within the firm, leading the delivery on work generated from existing clients, along with generating opportunities, networking and identifying new opportunities and looking to further the growth of the firms corporate finance function. With the support of an experienced team, you will manage and lead the delivery of fincancial due diligence on wide ranging deals . You will lead the relationships and guide clients through the technical aspects of business transactions. There will be no barriers to progress, as you carve a key role in this firm and develop the firms corporate finance offering.

Profile

For this Corporate Finance Director role, you will be ACA/ ACCA / CF qualified, with a strong background in corporate finance , gained within a range of environments across any of the following - Large regional, independent accountancy practice, Top 50, Top 10, or Top Tier accounting firms. Equally you may have a background within corporate finance boutiques. You will have developed your career to ideally salaried Director / Partner levels and be seeking a role with genuine prospects to lead and develop a growing corporate finance department.
