Growing SME | Head of Finance | Based in Southampton
Client Details
An award winning SME in Southampton are looking for a new Head of Finance to join the business as it goes through a re-organisation and a period of growth. Working closely with the CFO and MD the Head of Finance will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance division whilst business partnering with the senior leadership team.
Description
Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows
Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
Preparation of Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet
Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports
Financial modelling analysis
Cash management and treasury duties
Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained
Overseeing the Payroll process
Preparation of VAT returns
Profile
The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Job Offer
£55,000 - £70,000 plus benefits.
