Payroll Officer

We are currently recruiting for a suitably experienced Payroll Officer for a permanent full time position. Due to the nature of the position, at this moment we are only looking for candidates with Chris21 experience. In this role you will working alongside one other Payroll Officer and reporting directly to the manager in a collaborative and friendly organisation.

Required:

• 2+ years experience in a payroll processing position (350+ employee's)
• Experience processing payroll on a regular basis with Chris21/ IChris
• Exposure to full function payroll including employee file set up, terminations and post payroll reconciliations and adjusting journals
• Strong knowledge of EBA and fair work legislation interpretation
• Ability to work as part of a team to contribute to the accurate and timely processing of payroll
• Strong customer service focus and prior experience providing guidance and advice to employee's regarding payroll/hr related issues
