Practice Manager
Hudson are working alongside a boutique family law firm based in Perth CBD, to engage a Practice Manager with a strong strategic focus. We are seeking someone with exceptional experience, strong leadership skills and a passion for working within the legal profession.
The opportunity
This role will see you working closely with the Partners and Senior Solicitors to ensure the firm continues to grow and succeed. This firm will provide you a great working environment and quality resources in a central CBD location.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Legal Practice Board compliance
- A strong background in business administration and accounting, preferably within the legal sector
- Managing payroll and accounts
- Book keeping and managing trust accounts
- Preparation and ongoing review of annual budget
- Recruitment, interviewing and selection of staff
- Review and development of HR processes
- Assisting Partners in arranging and conducting staff reviewsYou must be able to provide examples of your previous strategic experience. This should include:
About you:
- Support for organisational change in a complex and diverse work environment, assisting to the develop the needs and support the growth of the Partners and staff to meet requirements of the business' long term goals
- Strategic direction in workforce planning to ensuring the firm continues to remain successful and competitive in a demanding and high performing industry
- Previous experience as a General Manager or Practice Manager (legal experience preferable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills
- Flexibility in attitude and approach
