Accounts Assistant

A permanent Accounts Assistant role for a medium sized Manufacturing and Production company based in Welwyn Garden City. Varied role including Accounts Payable, Expense processing, Bank Reconciliations, Credit Control and much more.

Paying a salary of £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience, the ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role, live local to Welwyn and be an AAT studier.

My client are a medium sized Manufacturing and Production company who are within the Electronics industry. They have a Head Office in Welwyn Garden City and due to a period of growth are looking to recruit a permanent Accounts Assistant. Description

• Reporting into a hands on Finance Director
• Processing Accounts Payable invoices
• Processing expenses
• Multi Currency Bank Reconciliations
• Credit Control
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Assisting with Group Management Reporting
• Ad hoc administration
• Assisting your Finance Director with anything they may need

Profile

• Living local to Welwyn Garden City
• Ideally a background in a similar role
• Ideally an active AAT sutider
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient with Excel
• Knowledge of VAT codes
• Experience of double entry bookkeeping
