A highly regarded and successful accountancy practice based in Crediton is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant as a key addition into the team. You will have a hands on role delivering varied, all around accountancy practice services across accounts, tax and other services to a very wide ranging client base. Client Details

This accountancy practice is well established in Crediton, with long serving, loyal staff having benefited from a low staff turnover, reflective of the firms positive working environment and the way staff are supported and encouraged within this firm. Clients are very wide ranging in in sector and industry and in size with the firm having a decent handful of clients with audit requirement and their largest client up to £50/60million pounds in turnover with overseas parent companies and some international clients. Alongside this they act for a much larger proportion of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies up into the hundreds of thousands in turnover and on into the millions etc. The firm is embracing cloud accounting, MTD etc and moving with the changes in the profession.

Description

Joining as a Senior Accountant, based in the firms Crediton offices you will be responsible for the hands on provision of accounts preparation, tax and wider ranging general, all round accountancy practice services to the firms varied client base, reporting to managers and directors. The firm is planning for the future development and growth of the business and for those looking to develop technically, with increasing responsibility, client contact and looking to see a path to progress on offer, this firm people and role genuinely offers this. Profile

The Senior Managers and Directors are looking at a range of experience and backgrounds here, with the scope to mould this to some degree around the level and experience of the right professional so you may be AAT qualified at around Accounts Technician level, or you may ACA/ACCA studying/part qualified/finalist or at newly qualified Senior Accountant level alternatively. Lastly experienced only professionals are equally of interest. Most importantly you will have a career background within accountancy practice preparing accounts, tax and other services for wide ranging sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will be looking for a career move with the potential to develop technically and progress in your career.

Job Offer
