Finance Manager (Project Account)

Resposibilities:

Overall responsible for the accounting and finance functions of project management companies.
Provide management support and financial leadership for the financial performance review, business planning and forecast.
Responsible for capital and risk management strategies and monitoring financial operations including interest rate management, treasury, corporate finance function and cash flow management.
Provide support in evaluating investment opportunities prospects including performing financial due-diligence and modeling.
Liaison with property managers, trustees, bankers, auditors, tax agents, advisors and other regulatory bodies for relevant work requirements and compliances.

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy/Finance and Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA), or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience with 3 years in property development industry.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
A committed team player with proactive attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
