ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Oversight of the full spectrum of finance duties, including banking & treasury; accounting & reporting; financial planning & analysis; cash flow management, and assisting in business decision-making for the operating company.
Implement and maintain accounting system, internal controls and working procedures for the company.
Liaison with external auditor, tax agent, bankers and other statutory bodies.
Initiate, direct and co-ordinate the preparation of budgets and quarterly forecast.
Ensure timely and accurate completion and compliance of all required statutory reporting to ensure good corporate governance, on a quaterly basis.
Evaluate the organization financial and business performance and provide analysis and interpretation of the performance as well as input/recommendations to management on a monthly basis.
Provide an analysis report to compare the variance of actual performance and budget on a monthly basis.
Ensure effective management of payable, receiable and cash balance.
Ensure effective managment of credit control.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at leat a Professional Degree in Finance/ Accounting or professional accountancy qualification - ACCA/MICPA/CIMA.
At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
Good command of English and Mandarin.
Strong leadership and enterpreneurship character.
Takes initiatives, wants the challenge and wants to lead.
Excellent analytical and organization skills, meticulous and good communicator.
Konwledge in Accpac system would be additional advantage.
