The Role Responsibilities
  • Contribute to meeting the revenue targets for Aviation Finance
  • Support the strategic development of the business and cross-selling of other products of the Bank
  • Assist in the generation of financing ideas and execution of transactions
  • Perform credit evaluation and transaction structuring
  • Maintain high level of credit risk discipline in origination and portfolio monitoring, as well as good control environment, compliance and assurance
  • Collaborate with CIB and other product partners to deepen and broaden client relationships
  • Originate and execute aircraft finance transactions that drives efficient usage of capital and liquidity, consistent with strategy and revenue aspirations
  • Build the branding of the Bank as a transportation finance house and the team as a leading player in strategic market
  • Lead discussion with credit to evaluate credit-worthiness of client and deal structure
  • Remarket 'used aircraft' from the Bank's portfolio to both franchise and non franchise airlines

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Credit & Financial Analysis Skills
  • Wide network of airline relationships in Asia to allow for increased origination and enhance our remarketing efforts
  • Detailed technical knowledge of aircraft assets
  • Experience of transitioning aircraft at lease expiry from Asian jurisdictions
  • Strong relationships with original equipment manufacturers (airframe & engine)
  • Proven sales track record
  • Multi-cultural flexibility and effective in matrix/team oriented organization
  • Creative, ability to think out of the box
