Client Details

A well established business based in Ely

Description

• Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the financial statements for the businesses. This is for monthly, quarterly and annual positions

• Responsible for fixed asset and leasing related requests, maintenance and controls

• Production of the statutory accounts including disclosures for certain legal entities

• Ensure that the financial statements are technically correct and in accordance with the business accounting manual and International Financial Reporting Standards

• Ensure that the financial statements are technically correct and in accordance with the E.ON accounting manual and International Financial Reporting Standards

• Liaise with Internal Auditors and External Auditors

Profile

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

Proven corporate accounting experience and understanding of cash flow management and best practice in day-to-day accounting activities around the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers

Experience of people management and developing a team

Proven experience and skill in building productive relationships both internally with department managers and externally with suppliers, auditors and bankers
