Role Type: Permanent Full Time
The Investment Funding and Change Management Analyst is a specialist function focusing on the delivery of retail funding, cross investment operations services and change management to ANZ Global Wealth. You will be performing retail funding functions across 9 registry systems, administering up to 600 cross investment portfolios with daily trades advice ranging between $5m to $150m, with liquidity flows of up to $30m of net funding per day and $300m of available liquidity, across $31bn of internally administered assets.
You will also be responsible for providing SME expertise to the business with respect to business initiatives on product innovation, regulatory changes impacting operation processes and investment restructure
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Detailed knowledge of business and operation processes relating to superannuation, insurance and investment products, their respective cash flows and investment processes, including intermediate knowledge of customer unit registry and investment management administration systems
- Background in investment and funding in the Superannuation industry
- Intermediate understanding of TLM reconciliation
- High level competent level of written and verbal communication skills covering stakeholders ranging from internal senior management and external service providers
- Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure and manage multiple activities in accordance with daily delivery requirements and timelines
- Effective planning of workflow to meet key deadlines
