What will your typical day look like?
You will work in a fast-paced and exciting environment where you will assist the team to provide specialist taxation advice on cross-border and domestic investments and transactions, including acquisition and vendor due diligence and structuring, holding and financing structures, private equity fund structuring, capital market transactions and IPOs, business restructuring and major infrastructure investments.

You will be responsible for drafting client advice and due diligence reports, conducting primary research and analysis and reviewing share purchase agreements.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You are someone with:

  • An Accounting or Law degree
  • Experience within a top or mid-tier accounting or top tier legal firm in the international tax, M&A or corporate tax areas
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to think strategically and work effectively with clients and other advisers
  • Previous international tax, M&A or infrastructure tax experience (highly regarded)
