Work closely with business leaders to provide needed financial counsel and support for decision making, and in-depth financial and operational analysis to drive profitable and sustainable business growth and operation productivity improvement. Lead annual AOP and LRP (long range planning) processes and provide accurate and meaningful financial information and provide interpretive, value-added guidance in addition to standard reporting and data compilation required for the business to achieve its financial objectives. Submits required financial reports, bridges and forecasts in accordance with segment and Corporate deadlines and requirements Provide proactive business analysis by drilling into problematic area and provide guidance for corrective action plan. ....
