  • Years of Experience: Minimum 7 to 8 years of academic experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To undertake appropriate course and course material development.
  • Teaching Risk management in various field and develop the course material
  • Teaching Investment management and develop the course material.
  • Teaching Tax Management
  • Teaching Treasury management and develop the course material.
  • Provide short term and long term training in the area of financial management.
  • To Supervise and mentor the local trainers.
  • Engage in professional development programs in teaching.
  • Develop appropriate assessments, supervise, mark, and examine projects, student dissertations and
  • practical work, providing support and guidance on academic and pastoral issues and act as a Personal
  • Tutor to students.
  • Teach on courses at a range of levels within the programs; promoting skills in critical and rational
  • thinking
  • Review and support the development of high quality programs content in response to student
  • feedback and new developments in the relevant field.
  • Embrace new technological developments that support learning and teaching and incorporate them
  • into best practice.
  • To engage in other duties appropriate to the grade of the post as required

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master degree in Business administration and/or related field.
  • Must have management and leadership skills and be able to delegate and supervise a group.
  • ( 7-8) years of Academic experience
  • Well Organized; Organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Computer skills specially in Microsoft Office – for record keeping and reporting (these include
  • Outlook, Excel, and other programs in the MS Office suite)
  • Decision-making skills
