Description

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis analyst will support the Director of FP&A and the FP&A department. The primary responsibilities of this role will be supporting global annual and quarterly planning and budgeting, as well as monthly reporting of actual–to–budget financial analysis, specifically focusing on the International business. This person will maintain all FP&A data to support reporting and analysis functions of the department. This person will also drive streamlined reporting and ad hoc analysis to provide greater insight to departments across the organization.

  • Support Director of FP&A for the International business monitoring all KPI's for International
  • Partners, overall business performance and Licensee Partner financial risk/health
  • Support FP&A team in expense management efforts company–wide
  • Support FP&A department in all budgeting and financial planning, including monthly and quarterly outlooks specifically for the International business
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting – analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management
  • Manage the definition and tracking of key performance indicators
  • Support the International and Domestic businesses with ad hoc financial modeling
  • Deliver value to the business through insightful management reporting and data driven insights
  • Continuous process improvement to ensure team efficiency
Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required in finance discipline, MBA strongly preferred
  • 3–4 years of finance experience
  • Ability to manage multiple processes independently in a fast–paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly
  • Strong process management skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Advanced Adaptive Planning experience
