• Able to handle and prepare full set of account and bank reconciliation
• Able to prepare timely on Financial statements (including balance sheet and P & L statement report), debtor status report, ageing summary, monthly management accounts and reports
• In charge of entire finance & accounting include insurance & annual budget.
• Responsible for accuracy & timely debtors reports analysis preparation. Prompt management for debts reduction
• Ensure the timely delivery of invoices, interest advice, statement & reminder letters to customers
• Prepare letters, memo, official receipts and credit notes
• Experience in liasing with Auditors and Tax Agents is necessary
• Monitoring of cash book, petty cash and staff claims
• Monitor cheque release for utilitybills, authorities, suppliers, vendors and contractors
• To upkeep all the accounts' records in soft & hardcopy, statement and others document records for future reference
• To perform others work scope as and when deems necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/ Professional Accounting Qualification (LCCI or ACCA).
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in property management industry.
• Computer literate is a must and proficient in IFCA Accounting will be an added advantage
• Able to work under minimum supervision, under pressure and multi-tasking.
• Candidate must be willing to work within Kuala Lumpur Centre.
