Tax bring this to life by offering clients tailored solutions from helping them meet compliance and risk management obligations, through to strategic tax planning, structuring and transactional advice.

As a Director in our Payroll Consulting team your impact will be seen by:

• Lead the payroll team to provide clients with an outstanding outsourced payroll service
• Be involved in payroll processing, checking and delivery of payroll services for a range of local and international clients
• Strategically manage multi country payrolls and PwC foreign offices to ensure all payrolls are delivered on time and all countries satisfy their key performance indicators
• Oversee the on-boarding of Australian payrolls and multi country payrolls as well as parallel runs, testing of bank files and testing of global system.

About you

You have a background in leading teams across employment services and are skilled in driving strategy and hold an understanding of payroll delivery across local and international clients.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Tax team navigate an increasingly complex tax environment for clients through innovative solutions.
