About you
To be successful in joining our team, you will need to have sound skills in quantitative and qualitative approaches, and a passion for the work you do. In particular, we are looking for researchers with an interest, commitment, experience and expertise in government, health and human services, commercial and transport and infrastructure sectors. To be successful you will need to have:

About you

To be successful you will need to have:
- A minimum of 8 years research experience, preferably with at least 5 spent in an agency or consultancy
- A knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- The ability to win and lead projects
- Demonstrated project and/or contract management skills
- Sound proposal and report writing, and analysis skills
- The ability to contribute to the development and implementation innovative commercial initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in transforming information into insights and business strategies
- Ability to assist in driving the development of business objectives, strategies and plans aimed at ensuring a good customer experience and satisfaction
- Strong client engagement and presentation skills
- An ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- An ability to work with, support and mentor others
- A proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to learn, grow, challenge and be challenged
- A commitment to thought leadership.
