Work Location Farmington, CT Start Date ASAP Duration Long Term Note Linkedin In Required Key Role Responsibilities Translate business requirements into CRM business solutions Identify key stakeholders for requirements gathering elicits and documents requirements and validates against scope Contribute to requirements management, including approval, communication, traceability, and re–use Contribute to transfer of functional requirements to development and test team members Leverage CRM workflow technology to automate business processes Determine, in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, patches and upgrades needed to the CRM system in order to meet evolving business requirements Stay informed on updates and new releases in CRM technologies Educates end users on CRM functionality, as needed Key Role Skill Capability Requirements To succeed in this role, you are likely a seasoned CRM management professional with a great track record. You are able to understand large, complex CRM solutions and the business benefits they deliver. You are likely a great manager with vast CRM experience. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a board room as in front of a white board with your development team. Technical Requirements Strong Experience of CRM Systems and business solution implementations Demonstrable experience in Business Process Reengineering (BRP) Strong knowledge of CRM issue diagnosing and troubleshooting Understanding of andor hands on with Microsoft Dynamics for Field Service in any production deployment project Understanding of andor hands on with Microsoft Dynamics for Sales in any production deployment project Non–Technical Requirements Experience consulting with external clients on complex projects Experience working with global teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects Experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project work Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non–technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form Your business skillset likely includes Excellent client management skills Experience implementing large complex CRM technology projects Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders Self–starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
