People Responsibility
- Reporting directly to AR Team Leader.
- Team size is around 8 team members.
Key Accountabilities
- Daily operation activities including processing bank statement, clearing customer account record, resolving disputes or queries from customer.
- Reconcile receivable accounts and collect outstanding payments from customers as per company collect policy.
- Responsible for resolving customer’s payment enquiries by phone call and email.
- Other jobs arranged by Team Leader or Team Manager.
