Duties & responsibilities: • Lead the BU's Finance and Accounting functions and directly handle all questions and issues of operations of China. • Ensure that the company follows the financial standards and procedures as set by the HQ in France • Support strategic planning and operational decision making • Ensure that all compliance guidelines are respected and implemented • Provide regular financial analysis to the regional and group head of finance apart from local MD • Ensure that company provides financial management report in time and of high quality • Ensure that the year-end closure is submitted in time and according to the company guidelines • Deal with insurances, banks, lawyers, auditors and other external advisors • Receivable controlling and working capital management • Cash flow controlling • Revenue controlling of all profit centres • Internal process optimization • Manage and establish financial objectives by forecasting and developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling commercial KPIs • Troubleshooting and negotiation for critical commercial cases; contact person for escalation management in regards of commercial topicsQualification: • Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting, MBA a plus. • In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and practices is required • More than 10 years related experience with MNC, fortune500 is preferred- 5 years finance management experiences in oil and petrol industry- 3 years audit expereinces in BIG 4 - 5 years team management expereinces • SAP (or comparable ERP system) experience is preferred • Excellent English communication skill • Strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
