Overview
Finance Systems, Data & Innovation is responsible for the support, management and enhancement (including major projects) of the systems Finance use to manage ANZ’s financials, external and internal management reporting.
The Senior Manager Data is a key senior leadership role that is accountable for developing the Finance data strategy, leading the management, enhancement of existing and delivery of new data solutions and overseeing data management for Finance. The role will partner with users and Technology to ensure solution are managed effectively, deliver value and enhance Finance’s ability to manage and provide data.
The role will also be responsible for developing the required data skills of our people across Finance Systems, Data and Innovation team

What will be in your toolkit?
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders Leadership and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of business process and banking systems.
- Sound understanding of reporting solutions and how they are utilized within the business
- Proven analytical, influencing and problem solving skills combined with the ability to identify risks and impacts as well as possible solutions and corrective actions
- Extensive experience in the data arena
